Well Here I am- blogging about the Fleshbot awards a week and a half too late. Anyways- THANK YOU SO MUCH to all the fans who voted for me. I really appreciate it- you all know how incredibly important it was to me to win this.

I know this is an incredibly unflattering photo of myself- but hopefully my doofy expression and my sweaty face is some kind of proof of how incredibly happy I was to win this plaque!

The night was really incredible. It was held at the NYC venue called The Box. I have always wanted to go to the Box- I always heard stories about it. It is a venue that is supposed to capture elegance and raunchiness at the same time. Something I really loved about the energy there – which is similar to the vibe in a lot of New York clubs is that everything gay and straight is very mixed. You don’t have that in many other places. Trannys, sexy girls, and sexy guys- both gay and straight, can all congregate and flaunt their sexuality together. For example- during intermission…. some of the house dancers from The Box got on the stage and did a little show. It was basically 4 hot chicks simulating masturbation and sex with each other, and another dude in the middle- who was wearing nothing but a thong and a zoro mask.

Now some of you close minded people might be like- yo- what the fuck! This guy is a fuckin’ fag! Because yes, thongs, fishnet thigh-highs and a zoro-mask is not exactly what the world classifies as heterosexual but hey- this guy is getting his dry hump on with a bunch of hot chicks… not dudes. This is just one of the many examples of the sexual barriers The Box breaks down. I really wish I had taken a photo of the male gogo dancer who appeared later on in the evening – with a 10 inch soft penis, who wore nothing but silver body paint, an afro wig, sunglasses and chucks. As he danced, his soft penis flew all over the place and it was just plain awesome. As the night got more crowded I was worried (and at the same time kind of hoping) it would knock over someone’s $30 cocktail.

Not like I have been in porn for all that long but- I have been around long enough to see some changes in the industry. It seems like the new “thing” is to make porn awards shows feel as close as possible to mainstream awards shows. People pride themselves on how close to the Grammys or Oscars their awards show felt like. One of the many reasons I love Fleshbot was because they DID NOT follow the formula- they went in the complete opposite direction and celebrated their anniversary in a venue that just screamed SEX- and people were naked, drunk, dancing and hanging out having a good time. The venue was small, which kind of sucked because I know a lot of people were denied at the door due to the club being over capacity… but the benefit of that was that it was a very nice intimate atmosphere without the bullshit of arena like seating.

I’m not going to go through the list of awards that were given out because you can read about that elsewhere! However- I did get a photo of the major celebrity of the evening who won the “mainstream to porn” crossover award Levi Johnston. He is the illigetemate baby daddy of Sarah Palin’s daughter and he will be posing for Playgirl. I think it’s pretty awesome. The NY Press wrote a story about his photo-shoot and asked me a few questions about it. You can read it here- it was pretty humorous. I tried to get a photo with Levi but that was pretty impossible. He basically walked into the show with two body guards and a few Playgirl employees (and I think the owner? but I am not so sure), got his award, said a nice little speech, and walked out. Oh well. He is about 2 steps away from being in an actual porno (posing nude is not really a porn to me) – so who knows… maybe he will make an appearance in cum on my tattoo 5! Anyways here he is:
