Ok I ventured into the world of touch screen and quite frankly its a little scary. I don’t have an iPhone I got the Sprint EVO. I’m testing out the Wordpress app right now … how’s it working out?? I tried to upload a video and it dint work so I’m gonna settle for uploading a photo instead.

Damn it. I totally forgot to annoy you all about voting for me this year- and as a result- I did not make it as a finalist for many of the categories I was nominated for originally- but I am still in the running for Best Director and LA Pink is in the running for Best XXX Parody. So- please- show your support and VOTE FOR ME – Because I totally direct the shit out of things… and LA Pink was a rad movie. OK?

Here I am at the 2010 Warped Tour!

I have been to a lot of warp tours in my day. To think that the first time I ever went- there were no energy drinks sponsoring the tour! Crazy.

Well here I am! Wooohoo!

The BurningAngel superstar and my good friend Jessie Lee helped me tag up the back of um… something. I can’t remember if this was a trailer? Or someone’s booth? Or just like, some kinda board. Whatever it is- we put my picture on it. It is almost as exciting as some Attack Attack shirts, and “indie power”.

Well- as you may or may not know- I now have a blow up doll available for purchase. The concept of having a little mini-me in life is just so exciting- I am doing whatever I can to make the most of it.

First of all- we are having an awesome contest with the doll. It was my idea and Topco (the company who makes my toys) was totally into it! I was so glad. I thought they would just think I was being ridiculous. Basically- you have to buy the doll, then make a funny video with it and upload it onto BlowJoannaUp.com, and youtube, and facebook and whatever other sites you hang out on. I will be judging all the videos at the end of the year and the video I find to be the most creative will get over $1000 of BurningAngel movies and Topco toys. That way you can watch a shitload a movies, and then use all sorts of unique devices to masturbate with while watching them. You can find all the rules for the contest and stuff HERE.

The contest got me all excited about thinking of different ways to promote the doll and – well I decided to make an entire movie about the doll coming alive and trying to take over my life. I think I will call it “Doppleganger” and it will be out sometime in August. It was a rather intense shoot. Having an inanimate object as your lead star of the movie was not easy!

Joanna Angel (that’s me) at Exxxotica Expo

I do enjoy working with G4TV. They’re a great channel with so many awesome shows. They mostly talk about video games and gadgets but, every once in a while they take a break from talking about the latest technology and talk about PORN CONVENTIONS! WOOOHOO! It’s pretty cool- there aren’t THAT many stations on TV that cover porn conventions.

In any case, they had me be the host of their little Miami Exxxotica piece and it was fun! It’s a good thing they did this because I still never blogged about the expo so- this kinda summed it all up for you.

The guy who directed the piece – Bryan Hoffman, came to the party that I hosted with Jenna Haze the night before we shot this. I got him extremely wasted. Well, I mean technically he got himself wasted- but I definitely shoved a lot of shots in his face. I sure hope the officials at G4TV don’t ban me from future projects because of this!

Well anyways- here is the oh so prestigious director and producer for G4TV having a fun time at night in Miami!
