Well I am happy to say- that after two years of losing awards, BurningAngel won three AVN awards this year! Yeeeeehaw!

The biggest accomplishment of the night I feel is winning “Best Porn Star Website” for JoannaAngel.com. Obviously, my website is my main gig and knowing that I have the best one is a pretty damn good feeling. You probably didn’t hear my acceptance speech but I certainly thanked all my members, because without you members I would have no website. So thank you.

And then, “Dong of the Dead” won for Best Web release. Dong of the dead has never been on DVD! Just the web… a bunch of people have released little mini web movies this past year. It is a brand new category for AVN. So yeah- it won! Zombies and porn are a powerful thing!

And then- I won for Best Solo sex scene in Rebel Girl. This award is kinda funny because, you see… there are 4 solo scenes in Rebel Girl. When we were nominated for best solo, I had no idea which one they were referring to. Now that I won best solo, I still have no idea which one they referred to. So I won best solo… not quite sure which solo was the best. Perhaps it was a combination of all of them. Who knows! If you watched the movie, you can tell me which one you think was best!

The show was fun. I felt good about everything this year.

I hope 2011 brings in some good stuff. 2010 was kinda rough.

Regardless of what you may think- I actually do not spend much time in Hollywood.

People always say they hate Hollywood- and I most often nod my head and agree just for the fuck of it… but now I actually do hate Hollywood just as much as everyone else does.

On Thursday, the day before I left to go to Australia I had a few errands to run in Hollywood. The place I get my hair done is there. I actually like it there a lot. It’s not their fault that they are in Hollywood! It’s a salon called “Hairroine”. Get it? It’s like heroine – you know, the drug, but it has the word “hair” in it- so it’s like, you are addicted to hair or something. It’s a nice salon and it’s not too expensive and the people there don’t fuck my hair up. The only thing that sucks about that salon is that there is no parking lot, however the people who work at the desk are always kind enough to ask where you parked your car and they make sure to keep putting quarters in so you don’t get a ticket. It’s quite nice.

Well after spending a month writing the script, a solid 100 hours filming it, and 3 weeks without sleeping in the editing bay…

Joanna’s Angels 3 was successfully released!

This was a good reason for the cast, my friends, and fellow BurningAngel girls to PARTY!!

Everyone got incredibly drunk and danced and made out with each other. Since this was the release of my big movie I went all out and got a limo for everyone to go to the party in. It was actually a big obnoxious party bus with a stripper pole in it- not just a limo. It was way more cost effective and a hell of a lot more gangster looking than a limo. I thought it would be a great way to roll up to the party and make an impression- and just be a lot of fun.

On the way home-  Kagney Linn Karter ripped my pants off and announced to the limo that this was my party and it was imperative that she make me cum.  I did not have any qualms with that! She ate my pussy in the limo on the way home and I came like 16 times. That was pretty cool! We have made out a bunch of times but never like, got that far. So it was about time that happened. I am going to let you in on a very special secret. Are you ready? OK. Well the secret is that BurningAngel will have its very own liquid latex as part of our sex toy line in January. It’s actually not a huge secret, in fact, I think I am supposed to tell people about it. That is probably why they make this kinda stuff for me- because they trust that I will spread the word. So here I am, playing my part in promoting my toys!

The liquid latex is going to only come in hot pink and black- like all my other toys. I don’t wear latex very often, although I do think it is very sexy. I have one latex dress I have been meaning to shoot in- but I feel like I need a pair of those latex stockings to go with it. I asked Kelly Lind if it shiny American Apparel leggings could pass as latex stockings in photos, and he was very offended. He told me he would nothing to do with photos in which I posed wearing American Apparel shiny leggings, and tried to pass them off as latex. I think he had a good point. The fact of the matter is (oy vey- here comes the jew!) American Apparel shiny spandex are way cheaper than latex leggings- and I already spent a good amount on the latex dress. One day- this dress, with a matching pair of leggings will somehow make it on camera- I promise.

I did do one photo shoot in a latex skirt- I would actually say it was more of half a skirt than a whole skirt. It was not a full head to toe latex get up but it sure was a latex skirt.

But anyways- liquid latex comes in a bottle, and you just paint it on. It is kinda like body paint only it’s latex. It’s pretty cool. Here are some pictures of the BurningAngel liquid latex that is coming out in Janaury. Me and Misti Dawn are going to be on the box of this product- so we had to do this photoshoot wearing it. Here are the exact pictures that are going on the box.

HA! I am just kidding! I TOTALLY had you fooled didn’t I. No. The box of the toys will not have product shots taken from my cell phone. They will be a lot fancier than that. But here are some photos taken with my cell phone on the day of that oh-so-professional shoot.

Alright. Well Phoenix Askani and I went on a little road trip from Chicago to Indiana. There is a whole bunch of nothing on that voyage. We went hundreds of miles without seeing any familiar stores or food chains what-so-ever, but then when we got to this exciting city called Terre Haute, Indiana we found an Applebees and stopped there and ate some food. They were having some special where you could get an obnoxiously large pint of beer for $3 so I could not refuse.I only had about 3 sips and then I did drive the remainder of the way to Evansville, IN which was about an hour and a half. Don’t tell anyone I drank and drive! Ahhhh!
