So today, I think I am going to get a little serious for a minute and talk about the situation in Japan.

You see,  last week when it happened, my good friend Jenna Haze was in Hawaii….Last Friday, I woke up around 5 in the morning to a bunch of scary text messages from her saying she was getting evacuated from her hotel and was scared she was gonna die.  I read the news and was petrified.

Fortunately she is OK – however a lot of people in Japan are not ok! And they need your help.  So instead of rambling on about my boring day,  I’m just going to put a link to the American Red Cross (for every dollar donated, 91-cents are given to the cause) and tell you to donate some money and help the people in Japan.  I know this wasn’t my sexiest blog to date, BUT it is definitely an important one!

Well today I got a call to audition for something “mainstream”, like a mainstream TV show!

I get these calls from time to time, and if I am not doing anything I go to them. This was a call for a TV show that required some “bad ass” looking chick. And since I am soooo bad ass, I figured I should try out. read the rest of this entry….

Well I am happy to say- that after two years of losing awards, BurningAngel won three AVN awards this year! Yeeeeehaw!

The biggest accomplishment of the night I feel is winning “Best Porn Star Website” for JoannaAngel.com. Obviously, my website is my main gig and knowing that I have the best one is a pretty damn good feeling. You probably didn’t hear my acceptance speech but I certainly thanked all my members, because without you members I would have no website. So thank you.

And then, “Dong of the Dead” won for Best Web release. Dong of the dead has never been on DVD! Just the web… a bunch of people have released little mini web movies this past year. It is a brand new category for AVN. So yeah- it won! Zombies and porn are a powerful thing!

When we were nominated for best solo, I had no idea which one they were referring to. Now that I won best solo, I still have no idea which one they referred to. So I won best solo… not quite sure which solo was the best. Perhaps it was a combination of all of them. Who knows! If you watched the movie, you can tell me which one you think was best!

The show was fun. I felt good about everything this year.

I hope 2011 brings in some good stuff. 2010 was kinda rough.

Alright well, this is my very first blog entry for 2011!! Yeeeehaw! Hello 2011!

Here are some highlights of mine in 2010. I decided to make a “Best Of 2010” kinda list, sorta like all those people with talk shows.

The Best Sex I had on Camera all Year

Hmmmm. This is a tough one, there sure were a lot of good ones. I am gonna say that the orgy scene with Me, Kylee, Kleio, Mick Blue and James Deen in Bartenders was my favorite. Best Sandwich I had all Year

It was a good sandwich. I am going to say that sandwich was far superior over any other sandwich I ate all year and I eat a good amount of sandwiches.

Best Party I went to all Year

The JA3 release party where Kagney Lynn Karter ate my pussy in the limo on the way home was by far the best party of the year if not the best party ever,

Worst “real” movie I saw all year.

I honestly can’t think of what my favorite movie was that I saw all year- I was not all that impressed with too many although I haven’t seen black swan yet. I heard that movie was awesome. Does that count as a 2010 movie ? Probably not. I do however know that the worst movie I saw all year was “Twilight- Eclipse”. This movie was just as lame as everyone said it was. Although… I watched it, I sat through the whole thing and yeah… I will totally see the next one when it comes out. But it was by far the worst movie I saw all year.

Best New Album of the Year

Yeasayer- Odd Blood

This album was not exactly a bash your head against the wall rock and roll album but its awesome to dance to. I guess my music collection this year veered more towards dancing than breaking things. I still love metal and I still listen to it a lot but, I am on a dance music kick right now. Just let me dance… OK!

I am going to say that my favorite member is Sinistro.
